United Nations Office on Drugs and crime

The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), established in 1997, is the leading UN body in addressing issues related to crime, drug control and justice. With its mandate to support global security, human rights and sustainable development, while combatting transnational organized crime, corruption, trafficking and terrorism.

At MUN, delegates in UNODC tackle complex global threats that undermine peace and stability by debating strategies to dismantle criminal networks, reduce drug abuse, strengthen border security and protect vulnerable populations from exploitation. By fostering international cooperation and resilience, UNODC aims to create safer societies and promote justice, equality and human dignity across the world.
